Within the scope of the ECO 2025 Erzurum Tourism Capital of the Economic Cooperation Organization Countries events, the “Turkish Motifs Fashion Show at the Foot of Palandöken” organized with the cooperation of Palandöken District Governorship and Palandöken Municipality was held with intense participation.
In order to encourage the active participation of women in social life, handcrafted products produced in vocational training courses opened within the Family Support Centers affiliated to Palandöken District Governorship were presented to the appreciation in a fashion show.
In the fashion show prepared with the joint work of the Public Education Center instructors and the trainees; 23 clothes decorated with Turkish motifs, using traditional handicrafts such as wire breaking, embroidery, needle lace were exhibited.
In addition to traditional motifs, the clothes also detailed the historical structures and cultural symbols of our city Erzurum.
