The “Culture and Art Festival” organized by the Horasan District Governorship and the Horasan District Municipality within the scope of the ECO 2025 Erzurum Tourism Capital events of the Economic Cooperation Organization Countries has ended.
The program, where the cultural richness of the district was conveyed to the participants with the art of philography, wood burning art and fine arts exhibition, was appreciated by the guests and the people of the district.
