"Off Road Tournament and Culture and Art Festival" was organized in Tekman District of Erzurum.
Within the scope of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) 2025 Erzurum Tourism Capital events, the "Off Road Tournament and Culture and Art Festival" was organized in cooperation with Tekman District Governorship and EEC 2025 Erzurum Tourism Capital Coordination.
Erzurum, which was declared the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Tourism Capital in 2025, continues to host colorful events. In this context, the "Off Road Festival" organized in Tekman district brought together nature and adventure enthusiasts. This special event, where adrenaline, friendship and culture came together, was the scene of unforgettable moments. In the races held on snow, the vehicles had to overcome difficult stages to reach the finish line. While the competitors who won received their awards, Manas and Dengbej culture also came together in this festival.
Tekman District Governor Hasan Raşit Taşkın stated that the festival organized within the scope of EİT 2025 Tourism Capital events was full of enthusiasm and said, "The events held in a difficult geography gave us both enthusiasm and strength. It is very valuable in terms of promoting our district. We hope that we will experience better days with such interactions in terms of tourism. Not only the vehicles but also our tradition and culture left their mark on Tekman's white cover. The halay dances performed with the accompaniment of drums and zurna were the most beautiful reflection of Tekman's ancient culture and spirit of solidarity.
